OUR TEAM
Meet Our Instructors
Our experienced instructors are dedicated to guiding you through your practice with compassion and expertise. Each instructor brings a unique perspective and skill set to help you on your path to self-discovery and well-being.
Zoe
Zoe’s journey into mindfulness and wellbeing began long before the studio was even an idea. After working as a primary teacher, she followed her passion into children’s mental health, completing counselling and CBT training as well as yoga and meditation teacher training.
Drawn to yoga, aromatherapy, crystals and spirituality since her teens, Zoe has always believed in the power of self awareness and gentle healing.
With a naturally positive outlook (most of the time!) and a deep passion for helping others, she now focuses on empowering women and young people to build self esteem, confidence and inner calm, just as she’s done herself over the past few years.
Through her studio sessions, including women’s wellbeing circles, home education mindfulness classes, yoga and meditation, Zoe creates a safe, welcoming space where everyone can reconnect with themselves and find their balance.

Alice
Having practised yoga for most of her life, she has always loved to move, learn and connect with her community.
Alice is qualified in Restorative Yoga Nidra (Sleep Yoga), Yoga for Cancer and Accessible Yoga, allowing her to support each student to tailor the practice to their individual needs. Her teaching style emphasises mindful movement, breath awareness and self-compassion, fostering holistic wellbeing and personal growth for every body. Her classes have options available for every ability.
Beyond the mat, Alice believes in building genuine community. She hosts monthly Book Club sessions and weekly craft club creating safe and nurturing spaces for connection and support.
